What I got vs what I wanted in the photos. I really wanted the French tip to be not a French tip and got my nails done for the first time in 6 years. I definitely felt a little disappointed to be honest. They’re cute but not really what I envisioned. The person who did them didn’t talk to me at all and had started doing acrylics but I had booked gel nails so I stopped her after 2 nails cause I don’t know my nail stuff but was gaslighting myself into thinking “she knows what she’s doing - that has to be gel.” It was not. She had to remove them. And start those nails over once I said “um.. are these gel?” I booked online so I assumed she knew I guess. I had my first appointment this week, Uv gel fill with Christie and pedicure with I believe her name to be Maria, and they both did a FANTASTIC job, and not only were super sweet and accommodating but my nails look fabulous. Will definitely be re-booking for a fill and next pedi appointment. I’ve tried many nail salons in Norwich, but Nail and Spa connection seems to me the one for me. ❤️

Tina did a beautiful job on a mani/pedi getting ready for a wedding this weekend. The whole experience was great- from booking online all the way through the very reasonable pricing. Thanks for a great relaxing time!

I walked in for a pedicure today and they fit me in within a few minutes. Good variety of polish options and levels for pedicure. I did the Java herbal pedicure which was incredibly relaxing and she did an amazing job. Everyone working was super friendly and it was a good inviting atmosphere. I will definitely be back! I also have HORRENDOUS calluses on my feet and missing toe nails and Marina (I hope I'm spelling that right) never mentioned or pointed out how bad it was which I really appreciate.

Kim is the best! Every time my sister and I have gone to get our nails done by her they come out perfect, not to mention she is so sweet! 100% would recommend. I drive over 30 minutes just to get my nails don't by her!!!
