Came in to get gelX NAILS. I called before to make sure they provide that service as not a lot of people in the area do. While the tech which I believe is owner was doing my nails it came aware to me that she was not really familiar with gel x. The application and curing of my nails worried me. There were bubbles after. I told her I was concerned about them and she brushed it off. The morning after my nails started turning white underneath from the nails lifting. They were not cured properly. I went back and I just wanted to get them removed as I’d be going out of town the following day and did not trust that the gelx would be done right. She seemed super apologetic but insisted on fixing it and would not entertain my idea of just taking them off. She drilled down the full nail until it wa

The nails are decent. I feel the application could be a little better because some of the sides are sloppy. I'm pretty sure they were rushing to get me out, but overall, they look good. I wasn't a fan of two of my fingers being filed to the point where they started to bleed. They tried saying it was because of the acrylic powder😒, but that was not the case; it happened because they were too rough with the nail file. You could even see blood on the nail file after he was done. EDIT: I went in on Sunday 10/26/25 to get a full set and pedicure done. Today is 10/29/25 and the gel polish on my toes is already peeling off. I’ve never had gel polish chip off that fast in my life. Some of my nails are lifting already as well. Definitely not worth the $172.00 I paid.

Update again: another nail have officially browonbroken Update: I returned to your salon on Monday, July 28, 2025, while I was in STL for an overnight I’m a flight attendant and wanted to get a fill and a color change. I had two missing nails with the arrows, which I showed in the photos. I was told it would be considered a full set, and I agreed to the $50 price. I assume the additional $5 was for the color change, which is completely fine. I was also told that if I had removed the old set, the nails would’ve looked better I understood that. I asked for short square nails and even showed a photo of how Ti did my nails the first time. After being turned away from 3 locations off St Charles Rock Rd due to “their clients with appts being on the way”😒they swooped in and saved my day, They were amazing amazing!! I wanna say Leann was the techs name, she was sooo hilarious but most importantly she was caring and kind. She really assessed my nails and made it her business that I left with a smile heart, I needed that “If you’re reading this I appreciate you girl! lol“

This atmosphere was welcoming and very chill, each nail tech was very friendly and attentive, I always go with a short cute look and I was given just that 🩷 . I’d definitely give my experience here a 10/10.
