I’ve been going to this salon on and off for the past 3 years, and honestly, it’s a gamble. Some visits are good, others are not. This 3- star rating reflects an average of 20+ visits. Yesterday, I got an acrylic fill with cat eye from Cora. While she may be somewhat technically skilled, she rushed through the service, was very rude, and became defensive when I asked simple questions. Her attitude completely took away from the experience. I also got a gel pedicure with Hailey, who was a breath of fresh air, kind, warm, and professional. She did a great job and made the experience genuinely enjoyable. Other nail techs (and honestly, the front desk too) could learn a lot about how to treat customers from Hailey. I won’t be returning to Nails Beyond & Spa. I’ve supported this business for over a year, always getting gel pedicures and usually choosing their deluxe service. This time, since I’m 36 weeks pregnant and won’t be able to come monthly for gel removal, I asked for a regular pedicure instead. Unfortunately, the quality of service was extremely disappointing. My nails were barely shaped, the cuticle and dead skin cleanup was rushed, and the hot stone and massage portion felt like minimal effort, just lotion applied with no pressure. I’ve been to nails spa & beyond a few times now and I’ve had a pleasant experience each time. Hailey was super sweet and did an excellent job.

I’ve been going there for 3 years. I used Nicole for the longest time. I was legally blind and couldn’t see many things but I loved my nails done. My middle finger for months after she hurt me and had to glue it closed hurt. Every time she did my nails I would complain and she said nothing. I was fortunate enough to get surgery this September and was able to see my nails. As always she took off the nail polish and I finally could see my nail. I was shocked at what I saw. I asked her what that was and she said she didn’t know. I said how long has it been like this? And she said she never saw it. Horrible experience. Somehow messed up a French pedicure and started a French manicure to which I had to tell them to stop and remove. Not only was it crooked and thick, told the technician numerous times to fix to which she ignored and continued to apply more nail polish… making it thicker. TWO full hours wasted, trying to give them the opportunity to fix and instead I came home having to remove the nail polish and redo as on a time crunch before vacation. Complained to front desk and was blamed on the nail polish… wanted money back and only gave back $7 to remove for the french add on. Insanely disappointed as I am leaving for vacation tomorrow and now have to reschedule getting my nails done before it.
