I havent had my nails done in years I heard alot of good things about this place decided to give them a try and I loved it I loved the atmosphere and the workers were wonderful definitely will be coming back

Had a good experience here. My sister and I both got manicures and pedicures. They were very thourough with cuticles, shape, and massage. My sister’s French tips are very well done. I gave 4 instead of 5 stars because my manicure wasn’t cleaned up at the end and there is some polish on my fingertips. Overall pleased with quality and price.

Me and my mom went there to get our nails done for the very first time, they treated us like we should know what we are doing. The acrylics were not shaped right, they were curved. The nail polish was uneven and bubbled. They only give good quality to people they know, there was a couple of girls they talked with a bit and gave them amazing nails. They barely spoke to us just to say "what shape? " or "this ok? ". Definitely would not recommend.

The best nail salon in Arkansas! I drive over an hour to see Thom and her staff at Nails Spa in Batesville, Arkansas. The manicures and pedicures are done with attention to detail, and last for weeks. The entire staff is pleasant, and treat you like they're happy to see you. I highly recommend Nails Spa.

Everyone who schedules gets pushed back. She could care less that you took time to call and make an appointment with her company. The owner thom is a greedy rude woman though cute who is a awful business person. She is exactly what you want to avoid if at all possible.
