Nails So Dep Rivers Ave.

I’ve had more bad than good experiences coming here and this was no exception. I came in with gel polish on my natural nails and just wanted to get another gel manicure. The service took just over an hour, way too long. She spent at least 30 minutes removing the gel polish, knicked me once with the electric file because she wasn’t paying attention, and took a phone call in the middle of my service. I had to ask for the file twice because she left nails on both of my hands crooked. The polish on my left thumb is so uneven and patchy. The service here honestly sucks and I would come back or recommend to come here. I was just agitated the whole time.

Today I went in to get a black french tip manicure. Nails turned out good. However, the man that did them was the rudest nail tech I’ve ever had. He was so sarcastic and mean. He didn’t get all the color off of my previous manicure (see photo). I asked for almond and he gave me stiletto, so I asked him to round the tips out a bit and he scoffed and told me those were round. I apologized. I asked for a shiny base and he said that’s not shiny that’s chrome. I apologized. Doing the French tips, he messed up on my pinky nail and wasn’t going to correct it so I asked him to and he scoffed and didn’t really fix it. Whatever, I just said thanks. I just had my second appointment with Henry, and I can't recommend him enough! He is truly the best when it comes to manicures and pedicures. His attention to detail and skill are unmatched. Each time I've visited, he has made my nails look absolutely flawless. Not only is he incredibly talented, but he’s also friendly and makes the whole experience enjoyable. I always leave feeling pampered and satisfied. If you're looking for someone who knows how to make your nails look amazing, Henry is your guy!

Oh my!! What a wonderful, friendly experience and I can't believe how long they're nail polish has lasted! I received my pedicure on 12/11, prior to going out of town. It is now 01/11 and polish is still holding solid! No flaking or peeling, regular polish, not gel. Only flaws are wear from my shoes and nail growth. I've never had polish last this long!

Been coming here for about 2 months…. Brought my daughter in for a mani and pedi, let’s just start by saying she came over, started taking the polish off then started painting. I told her she hadn’t even soaked her feet yet. She said it was okay, she will polish then soak feet. I knew that was backwards. Then she never asked me if I wanted gel polish and applied that. Her nails have spots with no polish on them. So when we got to the register finally and was told the price, I told her that’s not right. She said for gel yes. I said maam you never asked if i wanted gel. So the owner told her to remove it off my 7 year olds nails. They were very rude about it when it’s their fault they never asked questions also doing her pedicure wrong
