NAILS SKY

I really wanted to like this place, but they don’t listen to what you ask for. When I walked in, I specifically asked if they could do chrome nails, they said yes. I showed a reference photo (middle photo below) to make it clear what I wanted. The tech assigned to me didn’t speak English, which wouldn’t have been a problem if there was someone to help translate, but that wasn’t the case. Instead of the chrome look I asked for, I got a shiny cotton candy-style gel on my toes. I didn’t love it, but it wasn’t terrible, so I settled. But when it came to my nails, I repeated the request for a chrome effect but just a little more pink. Again, not even close to what I asked for. It’s frustrating to pay $75 for nails that don’t match the picture you showed twice. The end result isn’t awful, but

Poor customer service today. Nail tech doesn't listen to concerns. They do what they want. He was rough with my hands and rude. Will not return. Edited: nail that I was concerned about broke today. He refused to acknowledge the nail was cracked even though I shared that it was.

I’ve been coming to this place for a long time and usually get both a pedicure and manicure. The lady who does my pedicures is very talented and I’ve always appreciated her work. However, during my most recent visit, she also did my manicure even though that’s not usually her area. She finished the gel manicure very quickly — in about 10 minutes — and I immediately felt it wasn’t done properly. Unfortunately, within just four days, one of the gel colors completely peeled off. I called the salon, and they asked me to come back for a fix. When I went in, another employee mentioned that the original technician hadn’t cleaned the nails properly before applying the gel. I finally found a great manicurist-Linda. My nails always look so good, beautiful, even and thin. Simply-very well done!!! it’s clean and has nice atmosphere. Five stars for you Linda.

I will follow Erik to the ends of this Earth to get my nails done. I’ve been a client of his for over 7 years. I get a regular fill and always a nail design. He uses gel color for my nails. I show him a picture of what I want and he nails it (no pun intended) every single time. And to be fair, if I want a very intricate design, I let him know way ahead of time so he blocks off enough time to do it. I’ve never had any issues. Amanda usually does my pedicure and she is great!! They are both very sweet people. I recommend making an appointment ahead of time as they do tend to get very busy.
