Nails Safa

I don’t tend to write negative reviews, however my experience at this nail salon was quite disappointing. I had called before making an appointment to confirm the price of a gel pedicure and upon arrival confirmed the same price with the woman at the front. When it came time to check out she raised the price $10 because she thought I was asking about a “regular polish” pedicure and not a gel pedicure even though I asked twice before my service and she confirmed the prices with me. The nail man I had while very nice, was very rough as well. Overall very disappointed in the scam vibe I felt from this place.

I felt well taken care of the second I stepped in. Lucy was very friendly and accomodating. My pedicurist was so detail oriented and really took her time to get my feet right. Jin did my manicure. I showed him a picture, and he more than delivered! He was so focused the whole time, but so friendly, and always made sure I approved of what he was doing as he went along. All in all, it was a great experience. I will definitely be back!

First timer. I was referred to a nail tech at Nails Safa by a dear friend. Showed up today, off the street, to check out the place and perhaps make an appointment. Lucky for me, the nail tech I was to speak to was free and she took me in right then and there. I told her what I wanted, and that's EXACTLY what I got—my toenails done beautifully & impeccably, and in less than one hour! No rushing. No fussing. Fantastic. My nail tech and the rest of the staff could not have been any more delightful, and the salon was just perfectly fine. I will be back for sure. Thanks, W!
