EDIT: I called 21 times after my appointment to resolve this issue. Every single 21 times, they hung up on me. I will never be returning, after I go back to get my money. Literally one of, if not the worst, nail salon I have ever been to. After I mentioned the disgusting nature of their products and asked if they could provide clean products before applying my nails, stating I was highly concerned for the immense buildup of old material on their products and didn’t want to get bacteria and fungus under my nails, the tech gave me an extremely hard time. I said I was not comfortable using the nasty product. After almost 5 minutes of back and forth, I was about to get up and leave but she decided she suddenly wanted to change to clean product, but poured all the nasty ones back in the contai

Filthy.. the salon is dirty. Health department should make a blind visit. They are supposed to use sanitized tools on each customer. They reuse without sanitizing. The pedicure tub liners don’t look like it’s replaced either. The fish tank next to the nail dryers is disgusting. Looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in a long time basically letting the fish suffocate due to filth and inadequate oxygen in the filthy water. The last gel pedicure I got there, the entire polish on big toe just came off after less than 2 weeks.

I had a gel pedicure with the young lady after 3 days it came off and I understand it's normal, it usually happens but I spoke to them and they very kindly told me to come back and they would fix it and that's what happened. The owner did it and well, that's my experience in this regard, they are very kind people and they understand what happened and with respect and communication, people understand each other and that's what we should all do as human beings, respect if we want to be respected and know how to express ourselves to receive the same back.

Very friendly staff. Greeted me with a smile and showed me where to find the colors. Took me almost immediately and asked what I wanted. Took their time working on my nails and did a beautiful job! Offered massages and were very respectful and professional. Definitely plan on going back to them the next time I'm in town.

Tony gives the best pedicure. The spa pedicure is well worth the extra money.
