Nails Plus Nail Supply Dallas/Richardson

On January 30, I placed a small order for Gel testing before a large purchase. The delivery came on time. The packaging was normal. One gel turned out to be completely not of high quality, there were visible shortcomings in storage, as if the gel was too overfrozen. You can't work with such a gel on customers. The site indicated a trouble-free return of goods in case of problems, but when I encountered this, their support reported that it was not their fault and that I should deal directly with the manufacturer of this product. Wonderful. I don't advise you to buy anything there in that case

Last Sunday, I purchased several nail supplies from this store, including a box labeled as gold metallics nail polish. I opened the box at the checkout counter to verify the color, and it was clearly orange, not gold. The cashier claimed the color needed to be mixed, even though I had already paid for it. After trying the product at home, the color remained orange and did not turn gold as advertised. I contacted the store owner to explain the situation, but she refused any refund or exchange, saying it was a final sale. This is extremely poor customer service and a lack of responsibility. If a product is mislabeled or does not meet quality standards, the store should address the issue with the supplier or manufacturer—not expect customers to absorb the loss. Very disappointing experience

I am SOOOO in love with this store! I have been coming to this store a little over a year now and they have all the Trending, viral brands, along with the well loved, OG brands as well and are informative about their products as well. If I want to try something, but not sure where to start, they are ACTUALLY able to inform me the what and why for each product. I come at LEAST twice a month for restock/ adding to collections so they see me often, but they remember the things I buy, my husband's little brother we had living with us for a while and ask how he is doing. Just very personal. Isabelle usually checks us out and she is always so nice and helpful. She remembers the cat eye collection I have been enjoying lately and informs me when a new collection drops. Just an over all angel. :)

Leann was so helpful in helping me make a decision on the best nail lamp and giving me her honest opinion. Even with me being so back and forth on what color I wanted. She was great and so helpful. Jason was also very nice and helpful as well! I love coming to this store!

Amazing nail store! They have DND, Valentino, KS, apres, OPI the list goes on. They also have pedicure supplies, manicure things, nail drills,lamps, brushes etc… the store is limitless. The staff is friendly and helpful. They do have a bag policy where you can either leave it in your car or locked in their lockers but you get to carry the key.
