Nails Plus

I will NEVER GO BACK !!! The young lady w/ glasses is evil , I told her several times she was hurting me while removing my nails, after I asked her to soak them… she then apologizes and soaks them for about 20 minutes and starts to drill again to remove the old gel, and starts to go deep again and then makes a hole in my nail. DONT GO THERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

***AVOID*** this place at all costs!!! I have been doing my nails for 30 years and this was the worst experience I have ever had! I came in at 5:30 for a full set of nails and they close at 7:00. There was plenty of time. I asked for dip and she said we don’t do dip! (What?) I didn’t think there were any nail salons today that doesn’t offer dip. The lady (Tao) that did my nails was rude, very abrasive, didn’t make small talk. She would slam her instruments and polish down every time she was done using them. She was going so fast she burned my real nails several times with the dremel. She took the manual file and filed my actual fingers (not my nails) to get the extra skin off the sides. I went to this nail salon because I didn't want to drive far to get to my usual nail salon. This was my first true outing that wasn't a medical appointment since I'd got out of the hospital a few weeks before. After spending almost a month in the hospital I needed to feel like me again. So after a trip to the hair salon I tried to find a nail salon close by. And this one popped up on Google. Upon my arrival there was no wait, and someone I knew said their prices were great as she was leaving. I didn't ask her was she getting her natural nails done but I should have.
