Nails Plus

I came here for a last-minute acrylic full set, and I regret it. First off, the cleanliness is a complete disaster. The shop is filthy—dust on all the seats, and the tools and equipment looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in ages. The worst part? The place was empty, so there was no excuse for the rushed and careless service. My nails were uneven, with different lengths, and the shape was far from straight. To top it off, the technician was so rough with the equipment that she made me bleed at the cuticle. I do not recommend this place at all—save your time and money.

Great experience for me! I had a bit of a wait but that’s to be expected on a Saturday afternoon. My nail artist was VERY meticulous about getting the right shape. My nails are not bulky and they taper really nicely into my nail bed. I haven’t had my nails done in years so I’m not sure what prices are like for full sets these days but I thought the price was reasonable for the quality. The results exceeded my expectations, they look better than my reference pic. I hope I continue to be impressed by the quality as they grow out and it’s time for a fill. *reminder it’s cash only*

I usually always go here when I’m in town but lately every time I walk in, I’m waiting for almost two hours, and there’s no order. They serve whoever they think is first, and no one acknowledges you or knows the waiting time. Im so angry that this just happened to me, and this time especially, I had to leave to go to my sisters performance. It’s unorganized and they take forever to anything, but they are nice people. I just can’t go there anymore.

Really was quite shocked at the lack of cleanliness at this establishment. No liners in pedicure chairs, dirty floors and no evidence of cleaning equipment between patrons. Nail polish bottles were in plastic bins and some looked quite old. Nice enough technicians but obviously this place needs to have a major cleaning and upgrade of equipment.

It's very clean and friendly family owned place. I ,my kids and friends have been going there for over 10 years and will continue to go there. Highly recommend them to everyone.
