Nails Perfection

I normally love this place. But today I had a guy do my acrylic set and got nail polish on my skin. He took 2 hours to do this. There are acrylic clumps underneath my nails. When I pointed it out he sarcastically said, “What are you not happy?” Then pointed me to pay as if I wasn’t going to. I always pay I’ve been coming to this place for 2 months and no issues until today. I’m not going to hate on this place for one bad experience. I love this place the females are great but I won’t go to the guy again. It’s great pricing and normally very good.

For eyebrows, absolutely 5 stars. I’ve lived in Delaware for a year and wasn’t able to find someone who did eyebrows like they do back in New York. The woman who does eyebrows in there took her time and gave me exactly what I wanted and my brows were A MESS. They were busy at the time but It was worth the wait. The price is also awesome.

This was my first time at this location. After over 2 years in Dover, I give them a 4.5. I have been to four different nail salons. This was by far the top experience I've had! The technicians are committed, dedicated and and seem to care about their clients. The pricing is beyond reasonable and I will definitely go back.

Just got these done today. I asked for a coffin nail french tip even provided a picture of what I wanted. The firts issue I had with the tech was when she asked if I wanted my natural nails cut I told her no, she then proceeded to cut my nails. The acrylic is too thick, the tips painted on too thick when I addressed this in the salon the lady started yelling at me in her language 😳 I also told her this is a square tip not coffin. The people who work here are rude and nasty. I would not recommend getting your nails done here.

Decent pedicure for the cost comparative to other Dover locations. Judging by the other unanswered reviews the owner most likely is a VM Philly transplant with Zero business knowledge and just trying to stay in bus
