Worst experience I’ve ever had honestly. Came in with other nails on and needed 4 removed she only soaked two and filled the other ones until it hurt and I had to pull my hand away MULTIPLE times. and applied the new nail on top of the old ones. Nails are super lumpy, thick in some areas and really thin in others. I had to have my nail fixed because it was crooked as she proceeded to say it was straight to her and didn’t even want to fix it until I kept saying no. The product they were applying to my nails felt like fire to my nail bed, it burned so much. I ask her to remove my nails and I no longer wanted service because of how upset I was with the application. I still paid for having two nails removed and acrylic I don’t even want on my hands and she refused to take them off. Pay attent

This place is unacceptable, and I will not be returning. After getting injured, I was offered only a $15 discount, which is hardly sufficient. To make matters worse, I was yelled at and blamed for the mistakes made on my nails. This is entirely unprofessional and disappointing. My hands are straight, and she called my fingers crooked…umm, so what does the picture with my straight finger look like to you? The one with the messed up fake fingernail that looks crooked… and I specified that my fake nail was crooked. Still, she kept denying it and said it was my hands, and the middle fingernail was messed up too terribly, but I told her to fix it until it was kind of decently presentable, so I asked her to fix it. Unfortunately had a bad experience with this business today. Went in to get my nails done for the ball and they were aware of that. My nails are crooked, bulky, uneven and extremely thick! Asked multiple times for them to file them down and still had an unpleasant outcome. One girl started my nails then switched with another girl halfway through and left. The first girl told me $55 for nails and $40 for pedicure. Then the second charged me $65 for nails and $55 for pedicures. The second girl called the first girl and she yelled at me over the speaker phone as I pulled cash. Extremely rude customer service and care. Photos of nails attached. The ugliness of the shape of this set made me cry! I felt absolutely ridiculously crying over nails but it’s been a long time and decided to treat myself for my bday because I really needed my vibes elevated and instead my souls felt crushed 😂Yesterday I got my nails done in the morning. 1st got an estimate for $40 which seemed a bit low for a medium set but next thing you know everything was an up charge, even the shape.
