Nails of the World Spa

my nails look amazing but this place is INFESTED with spiders and moths. as someone who’s terrified of bugs i was pretty uncomfortable. moths kept flying in my face.

After two years I decided to give this place another try. I am so sorry I did. I got the same person as 2 years ago and she did a terrible job again. The polish is thick with ripples and bumps and so many sharp edges I had to come home and file them again. Edges around the polish is uneven and some spots are bare of any polish. She tried to remove all the polish on my skin by snipping it off with the nail cutter. You can see how she cut my skin around the nails making it look like my skin is dried and cracked. There is also polish on the skin which can’t be washed off as it is gel. Last time they said she was new so I didn’t leave a bad review. I can’t not say anything this time. Please don’t let her do this to anyone else.

Always well taken care of my Lena and Lan, and have gotten countless complements on my nails. The dip holds up well, they are prompt even when busy, and are gentle with the manicure and removal of the old dip. The booming welcome by Yen is always appreciated too!!

Tools are dirty as hell, the cuticle pusher was pulled from prior tool box that clearly had customer dirt on it. They make you think their being clean by letting you keep the disposable file they use , but nothing is cleaned before and after each client on their end. They even ask you to bring the flimsy disposable file with you back next time Asked beforehand and was told $18 for basic manicure, but went to pay and was charged $20. When I asked why the extra $2 - she said it was for the 'file and buff' and brushed it off, as if that's not what a manicure is?? Hope the $2 scam is worth the negative review :)

Nails of the world has been taking care of my mom for years with their pedicures. Recently, my mom has had to transition into a wheelchair and has limited mobility. Despite this, Nails of the World has been able to accommodate her. Their spa chairs are low enough that my mother (5 feet tall and with limited mobility) is able to sit down and swing her legs into the water basin. At the time of this review, Clark was taking care of my mother and he was extremely attentive and sensitive to her needs. He made sure to ask about anything he might need to know or avoid during the pedicure. He was amazing and did a fantastic job! Mom left with happy feet and beautiful toes! Highly recommend and will definitely be coming back!
