Nails of America Baytown

I was really disappointed with my experience at this nail salon. My nails are very bumpy and uneven instead of smooth, which is not what I expect from a professional service. On top of that, two of my cuticles were cut and started bleeding, which was painful and made me uncomfortable. Overall, the quality was poor, and I did not feel like I got what I paid for. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend this place based on my experience.

I absolutely loved my nails! Every time I come in I’m greeted and helped quickly! Everyone’s so nice and helpful. I’ve been coming here for a couple years but will always come back! Thank you all!

Booth #11 I visited the salon today to get a set for both myself and my daughter. The nail technician in booth #11 started working on my nails. Before she applied any acrylic, I informed her that my thumbnail nails were shorter than desired. She suggested building up the nails with acrylic instead of replacing them, which I initially accepted. However, the nails still appeared short, prompting me to request a change. The technician complied but seemed visibly upset. After completing the adjustments and applying the acrylic, she handled my hand roughly. I then requested to have Ricky finish my nails, as well as my daughter's, which I felt would be in the best interest given the situation. went in to get a full set and pedicure both french manicures and spent $155! the pedicure was perfect but the full set is absolutely atrocious. to start i didn’t even get a pink base as requested, some of the arches are uneven along with multiple bumps in the coat, there is hair in MULTIPLE nails and polish all over my hands! if you want a great pedicure this is your place but do not go here if you want a french full set !
