Very nice facility with a modern, upscale feel. The layout is great—there are several different sections, so everyone isn’t just sitting and staring at each other. It creates a lot of semi-private spaces, which I really liked. I only came in for a quick toenail polish change, but Lina was very gentle and attentive the whole time. I’ll definitely be back!

If I could give this place zero stars, I absolutely would. My experience today was unacceptable from start to finish. The nail technician, Kelly, was extremely careless and ended up cutting every single one of my fingers during the appointment. My fingers are now sore, irritated, and visibly injured. On top of that, the quality of the work itself was terrible. She widened my nail beds so much that my nails now look completely unnatural and misshapen, almost like they are clubbed. I left the salon with nails that are uneven, deformed, and nothing close to what I asked for. This was by far the worst nail service I have ever received. I strongly recommend saving your money and going somewhere else. If you decide to come here, do yourself a favor and refuse service from Kelly. I deserve a r

Went yesterday as a walk-in. They seemed great at first and helped me pick a nail color. The color it self looks fantastic. Very well done cateye. My nail beds are a mess though. I was left with friction burns all around my nails from the haphazard scuffing and filing. The color also doesn't cover my whole nail, so I lost the entirety of the nail shape I asked for and now it just kinda looks weird if you look too closely. $75 before tip, which is a bit more than I usually pay at my usual place and much lower quality.

I just had the BEST experience here! I got an ombré set of nails and a pedicure, and I couldn’t be happier. The attention to detail was incredible — my ombré nails are flawless and exactly what I envisioned. The pedicure was equally amazing, super relaxing and left my feet looking and feeling perfect. Everyone was so friendly and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Highly recommend if you’re looking for top-notch nail art and a truly pampering experience! 💅🩷

I have been going to nails of America Baybrook for several years now I love going there they always treat me so nice and they do such a great job I highly recommend them I also enjoy drinking the mimosas . It's very relaxing and enjoyable experience !
