I recently tried Nails Now for the first time after being recommended by friends. I went in on Thursday evening and asked for an almond shape with a nude/pinkish cat-eye finish. The shape and length of each nail ended up being different, but I decided it wasn’t the end of the world. After seeing the color in different lighting, I realized I didn’t love it. That part was on me for choosing the color, so I returned on Friday to have it changed. I had a different technician and explained the situation, mentioning that I had an important event that weekend, which is why I was being particular about the color. I showed her a reference photo, and she selected the polishes. Before curing, she asked if they looked okay and I said yes. However, after they were cured and I saw them in different ligh
I usually have a very good experience here but holly was booked out for the day and I wanted to get my nails done before my vacation in a week, the guy that did my nails tried many times to get the design right and eventually I just told him not to do the 3d design but he insisted on doing it. I don’t like confrontation and just felt like crying so I stopped talking. I am very particular about designs and wanting my nails to look like the photo I provided but they don’t even look close to the photo😭
I’ve been going here for 3 years and I refuse to go anywhere else. Always super friendly and do a great job, my nails last me so long where are other shops barely even 2 weeks. Viana is the best nail tech I’ve ever had. I wish I could give more stars with how much I love them!!
I've been going here for years (since 2021) and my nails have always been beautifully done. The nails I got done here before my engagement AND for my wedding the following year were so so beautiful. I've never stuck with one table because everyone who works here is really skilled.
Ask for Na. She was very nice made sure that I loved the style and the look and the service time was amazing for a walk in. I seriously will not be going anywhere else besides to see my girl.✨✨✨
