Update: See the owner’s reply to my experience to gauge their customer service skills. I don’t owe the salon a third chance by coming in and having the issue corrected. I did that by PAYING the salon for a second chance, which was a waste. I also left a $10 tip each time, which I wouldn’t say is the quality of “a very rude person”. I’ve gone here twice in the last 2 months, hoping my first visit’s experience was a fluke. But that’s not the case. Both times I’ve gotten a dip manicure and both times my nails have chipped & broken within 48 hours. What a waste of money. They also charge over $10 more than other local salons for the same service. I’m not sure if they’re skipping steps that help provide more stability to the nail, or if they’re not doing the top coat as many times as other sa
