The owners Tommy and Nancy are who my wife and I request and receive service from every time. They’re always so kind and do their best to accommodate our needs even during busy hours. The quality of service they provide is also what keeps us coming back. Great job on the pedicure and manicures . Always leaving feeling smooth and soft. The reason for not giving 5 starts is The language barrier and sometimes feeling rushed or miss understood having to explain things multiple times

went here once for an asap appointment since i was on the north side. the man who did my nails was not very friendly, they filed my nails paper thin (i get gel on my natural nails). many broke within a day or two. i had broken one the day before going, which prompted me to come here and get an extension on that one nail. after getting it removed at my typical salon today, you could see a large divot in my nail- essentially a ditch in my nail bed from their drilling. my regular nail tech recommended i never return, and i would suggest that to anyone else as well.

This is the second time I’ve been in. The first time wasn’t for myself, but my niece. I went back for myself today and couldn’t say enough wonderful things. I really appreciated the quick turn around, but a job well done. I’ll be making a reoccurring appointment with Tommy.

Best salon. They took time out for me and fixed everything that I didn't like despite after their working hours. Very nice and dedicated. Definitely coming back here again

Never left unhappy, always the greatest service! I NEVER go to the same place twice, but I definitely found a nail place I'd like to be at every two weeks!
