Nails Limited II

Tiffany is the most rude human being I have encountered. I sat down with her to fix my nails as the polish had scraped off two of my nails and one had popped off. I work in a field that requires a lot of work with your hands, so I was fully prepared to pay for the fix. Before she could even sit down, she started aggressively going off on me about how my polish shouldn’t be coming off and she wouldn’t be fixing them for free in the future. I responded to her by replying explaining I fully was expecting to pay for this fix and didn’t ask for it to be free whatsoever. She was incredibly rude throughout the rest of my appointment and didn’t apologize for her rude assumptions and verbal belittling. I have never felt more attacked and left in absolute devastation. I started coming here off a recommendation from a friend. I go to Tina who does an amazing job every time. She’s been able to do any design I ask for, appointment times are prompt, I never have to wait to be seen, and the job is done quickly and efficiently. The color selection is generous. I will absolutely continue to come here.

I always try to give this place a chance and it just never works out. I’m officially done coming here. Only a few hours since my appt and my nail is peeling and the color was not well put on, the nail color is very bumpy with streaks.

I’m so happy I found this salon! I’ve been having a very hard time finding a new manicurist after my girl retired after 20 years. Anthony shapes my nails so pretty and pays close attention to detail. He’s an artist!
