Nails Lab - Palmdale

Hands down the best nail salon in the AV. They always do a great job on my hands feet and face. My go to spot for self care. Such a great atmosphere and 10/10 customer service. I always leave extremely satisfied🩷 thank you at everyone at Nails Lab and special shout out to Kim for making sure we are always satisfied with our services! Xoxox

I don’t usually leave bad reviews but for how much I paid I should’ve received better quality. While getting a pedicure the man doing my toes scrubbed my foot too hard and ended up cutting me. He just wiped it off, didn’t acknowledge hurting me and put it in the water. I also kept having to tell him to cut them shorter as they were still long and not even. I also got a manicure but after 6 days the gel on my nails are already coming off. Unfortunately the sides of my nails were not even painted close to the skin, I had to bring it up to fix it. My finger nails have bumps and don’t look professional. I would not recommend because there are way better salons out there especially if you’re going for your birthday. I attached photos.

Natural nails with acrylic over them. Kim did my nails and I loveeeeee them!!!! They are almost 2 week old already and I think they are still very beautiful. I recommend coming to this nail salon if you are looking for a kind and friendly environment while getting your mani and pedi’s

Not worth $110. I repeatedly asked for nails to be fixed during process, I was already there for almost an hour and a half and didn't have time to keep asking for him to fix every little thing. No nail or cuticle cleaning for hands and feet. It didn't feel like what a good manicure and pedicure should feel like. I wont be returning. They changed their name to nail lab , I'm not sure if it's the same owners as Fashion Nails. Nails are a bit crooked and a bit sloppy. I might be a bit nit picky but for $110 I think you should get a good pedicure and decent set of nails. Not happy at all especially since I told him I wanted them to look nice for a wedding tomorrow. I went here today and was taken by a lady named May. I showed her a specific photo of what I wanted my nails to look like. I asked her if she was able to do it and she said yes. Turns out they didn’t even have the colors the picture showed and then when I tried to get her to do what I wanted but in a different color she kept dismissing me and being super rude about it. I ended up having to tell her to go with a solid color and it wasn’t even what I wanted because I felt pressured by her to just shut up. I felt super uncomfortable and disheartened that I paid for something that I did not want. I cried when I drove home.
