I popped in here to check out this local spot and see if I could get some short acrylic nails done (my first time). I called ahead of time to make sure they had availability and they did! I was greeted and sat promptly, I showed a picture of what I wanted and got exactly that. I was glad that everyone seemed to be in a good mood and laughing. That lifted my spirits up. I think Kay did a great job being gentle with me and listening to my requests for short cream nails. I’m happy with the service and price. I will be back here for sure! Came back for a repaint with a new color, even though I showed up last minute Lisa painted my nails and I think they look great!
Never in my life have I had such a bad experience at a nail salon. I’m not one to speak up for myself especially when it comes to service industry stuff… but I had to complain when my nail “tech” was done. 1. She filed my nails sideways???? 2. You could tell she doesn’t normally do SNS (which is fine but like don’t let people who dont normally do it do it on clients until they’re TRAINED!????) 3. She got an attitude when I said something very nicely and “didn’t see the issue”… look at the picture 4. Butchered my cuticles…. DO NOT GO HERE. I ignored the reviews and regretted it instantly.
This used to be my go-to salon but over the last year and half All the pedicures I've gotten have been meh they're messy and chip easily. I also don't like rhat they do eye brows in a barber chair in the middle of the salon. It's cramped and fells a little dirty. Rhe chairs are also getting old and the ladies rhat work there now are always in a rush. There's so many other nail salons around now that I can pay the same amount of money and get a better nail job elsewhere has a walk-in.
Under new management, Ginny has been my go-to for manicures and pedicures for many years ( I followed her to her new location). She ensures that both manicures and pedicures are comfortable for you. My husband is particularly fond of her pedicures.
An incredibly disappointing experience. My visit started with a pedicure by Helen, which quickly turned into a nightmare. Helen was excessively rough throughout the pedicure, causing me discomfort and pain multiple times. Her attitude was far from professional, making the experience even more unpleasant. To make matters worse, she skipped several crucial steps like exfoliation and barely used any products beyond a watery lotion. The pedicure was subpar and felt incomplete. I had polish all over my nail beds and cuticles. After expressing my dissatisfaction, I requested to have another technician do my nails. This request seemed to infuriate Helen. She yelled at me and then completely ignored me. Her attempt to remove my polish from my fingernails was so careless that it damaged my nails,
