Nails Forever & Spa

A co-workers told me about this place. I just moved to Garland and asked where could I go to get my nails done. She recommended this place. First time all went well and I was satisfied. Fast forward two weeks later I went in for a fill and a cut down keeping my almond shape. Let's just say everything went downhill from there. My fill ended up turning into me soaking my nails off and leaving without getting anything done. Instead of using nail clippers to cut down my nail she used the drill to cut them down and each finger nail had a different shape. I told her I didn't like it and this isn't what I asked for. She handed me the nail file and asked me to show her what I wanted and she'll do it. I told her no. At one point she knew I didn't like what she was doing and proceeded to say don't

This was the worst nail shop I’ve ever been to in my entire life. I was there from 6:00pm to 9:00pm and paid $100 for some bs!!!!!! I was there way too long and paid way too much to get such horrible treatment. I showed the lady a picture multiple times and asked if she was able to do it, she said yes and proceeding. I told her I didn’t like how thick she was and she couldn’t shave them down properly. Unfortunately since I had already been there for so long I couldn’t even get them fixed. I’m beyond dissatisfied and I’ll never come back!!! I do NOT recommend!!!

Helen is awesome. She is fast and detailed. My nails are light and dainty the way I like them. She is perfect. She has great customer service. And good daiquiri’s

They are so nice here and treated me like I belonged. The nail tech was very good and I’m very satisfied with my nails. I have been going to them off and on since I was in high school. I just moved back to DFW after being away 10 years and I can say they are the best in the south Garland area hands down for making you feel welcome and appreciated. Thank you.

I absolutely love this place!! My nail tech Mai is the best. She takes her time and is so precise. If you are in the Garland area stop by Nails Forever and check out my friend Mai!! She will definitely keep you entertained during your visit!
