Nails For You & Spa

I am giving 3 stars because the lady that did my pedicure did a great job. Unfortunately, my manicure was awful. After saying a couple times that I thought the result was looking too thick, I just left disappointed because they were not what I wanted. I didnt want to leave a bad review at first because I understand its a busy season, and the lady doing my manicure had to stand up multiple times while doing my manicure, to talk to incoming clients and to answer the phone, so of course theres no way she can focus on doing a good job while having to handle so many things at a time. Again, I didnt want to leave a bad review because I tried to understand maybe it wasn’t her best job because she was too busy. But after spending $125 + tip for mani and pedi, and having 6 of my nails fall after on

Nina introduced me to Kim and I am so happy she did. Kim took very good care of me and made my nails beautiful. I let her choose the design so she could show me how good she does and she definitely did an amazing job. She just got a loyal customer. Gave me great advice on my nails and you can tell she actually wants to help me grow my nails while still making them look nice. I recommend this place 100%. Thank you Kim for taking your time with me. You did amazing and I am so happy with my nails. I got my nails done here today and I didn’t wanna write a bad review, but it was truly a horrible experience. I understand they try their best but they don’t care what you want.. My nails are nothing like what I showed. They didn’t fix anything.They didn’t do any manicure. They don’t communicate. They don’t do what you want I don’t understand what we are paying for. If I could give zero stars, I would I will never be going back. The attitude of the employers are horrible. We don’t understand, but I know they’re talking bad about you because I tried to be nice so many times and I try to tell them what I want how I want it to look and they simply would not care and they would just do whatever they want with your nails. Will never come back. I feel so bad I paid $75 so my nails looks terrible

I asked if they would be able to do a gel-x red cateye with black underneath, and they told me it was not possible (even though I know it is) so I just got red cateye. My nail tech cut the skin around my nails multiple times and I was bleeding in multiple spots. A few weeks later once I took them off, I noticed I had rings of fire on each of my nails.

I got a full set acrylics. The nail tech didn't remove/clean the cuticles enough and so there's a noticeable gap. For $55 I expected more. I won't be going back...
