Nails Etc

Rude customer service. I walked in for a pedicure and there was 3 workers, 2 people having a service done and a lady (worker) sitting on her phone and then told me they are too busy to get me in. Usually a response is what time they are able to get you in, not push you out the door. I will not be back.

Told me they wouldn't replace a couple of tips. Wanted too take off all of them and do a new set ... .the rest were perfectly fine.

Nails Etc is not just a nail salon, but a gathering place for good conversation with your nail technician or others nearby. Jason has been my nail technician for the last two months. He is very professional and is sensitive to the needs of his customers. He is super friendly and will have you laughing before you leave. I also have had my brows waxed. Nothing but expertise here. I will be coming back for more!

1st visit here to get my nails done but the tech came off as somewhat rude/aggressive and very hard to understand. She didn’t have the style or color that I wanted and while she was working she placed a nail crooked. I politely asked her to fix it and she told me to leave so I left. Will not be coming back.

Emily has left saigon nails and I was happy when she called me and told me of her move to Nail, Etc... Now that's customer service!
