BEWARE‼️These people can not do nails. I went in for a refill on stiletto nails. There was an older Asian woman who clearly did not know how to do nails it was like she was playing around with my refill. She didn't know how to drill my nails with the drill properly, her nail prep was not sufficient, and my cuticles were flooded with nail liquid. Her acrylic application was horrible so much so that I asked her if she knew what she was doing or was an apprentice. When she got down to filing my nails I knew that something was terribly wrong. She could not speak any English we had to use Google translation I conveyed to her my concerns. When I got there they said that they could take my friend and I for a fill in and a fresh set. It was great because we were just a walk in. The lady starts doing my nails and takes off my original color and cuts them down a little bit then tells me to wait til the person next to me is done so that the other lady would finish. I was just like uh okay, but it was fine. I waited for about 20 mins then the lady was ready to do mine. I wanted a light pink with chrome. I will add the picture of what I wanted. I came to get my nails done a week ago and more than half of my nails came off. I called on Friday the day my nails fell off and they told me to come in on Monday and I said could I come in earlier and they said no. I get it you guys are busy but you can take an hour out of your day to fix my nails or given me my money back. So fast forward to today I came into the store and I let them know I called on Friday, he tried telling me multiple times they didn’t do my nails and that someone else did them, he didn’t believe be until I showed him the charge on my card from them and he’s talking about fixing them but I at this point just wanted my money back so I could go somewhere ik they will be done correctly, he said NO. DONT ever come here a waste of time and money and really rude. 0 stars

So they said that these were oval shaped nails they are not, their round They asked how short do I want them? I pointed where and then I said after you cut them all I’ll figure out if I want shorter as I was going to say shorter they said we will file them down later didn’t file them down at all just shaped them up didn’t even shape them oval like they said they did. It’s just round square that’s not what I wanted. I will post two pictures one is my nails and one is the shape that I wanted in the other
