Nails Club Salon

I came in on Monday to get a manicure and a pedicure.. I was the only customer there. I come here often because I live close, but I’ve never felt that I spent $65 on a manicure and pedicure to feel that I got scammed. My pedicure was “ decent” she did use sterile instruments for my pedicure. But my manicure was horrendous. You pay so much to have your finger sit in water then she used a drill to drill my cuticles off and now I’m here with my cuticles just absolutely destroyed. I am a master cosmetologist so I have a license to do nails as well as hair and facials and I am pretty sure at no point was I taught to use a drill to shave off cuticles. I had done a great review a long time ago! However things have changed the vibe has become corse and they are very pushy now like a lot of places like your cattle and not a customer. On top of that they seem not to be doing good work anymore either … I turned around after leaving to get shaping fixed and after getting into town now realise the gap that should NOT be between your natural nail is very big on both thumbs!!! This comes from inproperly installing the tips!!! Now I have to figure out how and where to get it fixed! Not the same place it was …. sad because I thought they were the place to go. PS; the nail salon in the plaza with Harbor Freight was amazing and was not even going to charge me to fix. I gave her something anyway …. Check out Waterscape!!!

It’s really hard to find a great nail salon! I found this spot over a year ago and always get the best treatment when I visit! I’m a faithful every two week customer. They always give me what I ask for and never push for any other services they offer. Always polite! A very clean business I might add!! If you have any doubt of their business, don’t hesitate! You won’t be disappointed!!

I have been getting my nails done here for about a year and the service is spotty, at best. Sometimes you get pretty competent employees and sometimes you get the little girl with glasses who insists on using cold water for pedicures and nearly pulls you into the foot bath because she's frustrated that your feet aren't positioned correctly. I'm sorry, but for the prices they charge I can (and did) go to a better salon nearby and Nails Club lost a customer.

My sister waited 30 minutes before anyone did her pedicure they never told us that they were shorthanded and we only got a 10% discount was not happy at all
