Nails Club

I’m sorry but this place is EXPENSIVE . I GOT gel nail French (my own nails) my middle finger a tip was added. See pictures. I paid 100! Just for my hands ! She say the nails would have been $60 but the design and crystals was the added $30 (See pictures below) Now my pedicure was the spa gel French which was $65!! Can’t you believe that. Like wow. I’m walking out feeling like I’ve been robbed! The picture below is what I asked for vs what I received. Definitely not the same and not worth $100. Will be looking for a new nail salon that has the experience to match the price. Signed. A dissatisfied former customer.

I have been going to nail club for over 7 years. It’s like cheers, where everyone knows your name! Heather, Kim, and everyone else there are so friendly and they try to accommodate everyone, they even stay late at night so they can try to get everyone who has been waiting, get their nails done. I just bring a picture in and Heather is able to copy it. If she can’t, she free styles and does something else that’s just as beautiful!! Support local business and get your nails done at Nails Club!!

First time coming to this place & did not had a good experience. First & foremost the basic mani/pedi they do is such a rush & poor job. They dont file or cut your nails properly. They charge you extra to scrub and remove any dead skin. They use dirty tools that are already used on other clients right infront of you. And you can see the tools are not sanitized properly either. The sanitation for towels & tools is very poor. They do poor waxing job. Refuse to properly remove any hairs that are left over by claiming it isnt their job as the hairs are too small. Waxing beds are also very dirty & not cleaned properly. I think as a tech you should be able to tell that before starting the job. Why should i pay full price for half job done? I loved this place, it's my first time here and the truth is that the treatment was excellent, they treated me like a queen, the massages they give you on your feet are very satisfying and relaxing. I also had my nails done and I loved them, the girl was very kind and gentle with me.

I have been coming to this shop for 5yrs. I have never had not one bad experience. It is such a family vibe in this shop, they even throw staff parties and have food and offer to the customers. my daughter also comes here and when she does not, they staff always ask for her and ask how she is doing. Very clean also, the tools are sterilized, clean towels overall clean space. Great experience overall. Make an appt if you can if you can’t they do take walk ins. First come first serve.
