Nails City

I was very unhappy with my experience at Nail City. The nail shape was uneven and leaning, and the polish was applied too thin, leaving visible streaks once it dried. I mentioned the shaping issue during the service, but it wasn’t corrected. The nail tech seemed rushed and distracted by incoming customers instead of focusing on the service. After the service, I explained that I did not like my nails, but no solution was offered. I also spoke to the manager/owner on my way out and let him know I was dissatisfied, and he did not respond at all. Overall, the quality of work and customer service did not meet expectations. I would not return.

When I first walked in yesterday I was already seated in a nail chair. The lady was really sweet and made sure I got what I wanted and I was in and out within a hour for my nails & my eyebrow waxing, overall a great experience and I'll go back for more services.😀

I called and asked if they had availability for mani pedi, I was told that they did and headed right over. I was seated pretty quickly, the woman who did my toes seemed nice, but it is honestly a pretty poor polish job. My manicure was awful. I showed an inspiration picture before even getting started and they told me that they could definitely do that. The colors and design are incredibly off. When I first noticed the base color being wrong, I brought it to the nail tech’s attention and was told that it was correct and that they did not have another color that would match (they did). The tech kept jumping up during the middle of doing my nails and then would randomly come back. While he was doing my nails be was on TikTok the entire time/texting and not paying attention to my manicure. It

They never disappoint and always give you what you asked for. I’ve been coming here for almost a year, and I would highly recommend them. They do fabulous brows as well.

To start, the guy fell out of his chair. He put lukewarm towels on my legs and left them there for a good ten minutes while he went in the back to eat. He grabbed the wrong color. He didn’t put a topcoat on my toenails. He ROUNDED my toenail. He didn’t even file my callouses he just clipped them. The polish was not evenly applied so the colors aren’t the same. I am overly disappointed. I feel my trip to this salon was a waste of time and money.
