Nails by Ylianne

So, I called the number on here this morning as soon as they opened, she immediately told me to text her because she couldn’t hear me. No diplomacy whatsoever. I then asked her to let me know what she has available after 2 on Monday and Tuesday and she gave me the biggest attitude over text, had no sense of respect. An Extremely unprofessional way to handle a new customer and I definitely will not be reaching out to this salon for services or ever recommending them for that matter.

I had a wonderful experience. Norelvys Espinosa, who did my nails and pedicure did a great job and I could not be happier. The owner, Ylianne and the rest of her staff are very nice to their customers. I really like how they interacted with their customers and strongly recommend them.

I had gone to another nail salon prior to this one and didn't have a good experience. Google a nail salon and brought me to nails by ylianne. I didn't have an appointment and didn't have to wait much. I showed her the pic of the design and she did great.

The worst mani/pedi I've ever had - big chunks of polish on my toes chipped off by the next day, and my gel mani was chipping two days after. I don't know if it's low quality products or lack of skill, but don't waste your money. I've spent more money and time fixing my nails since then than it cost to get them done there.

Ylianne does good nails. She just has a nasty attitude and gets smart over text messages for no reason. I’d be delighted to share my text messages to prove the nastiness. I can see why there is such turn over there.
