I love love love my nails. One of my nails cracked in the middle of my nail bed. Vincent was super careful and was able to stabilize my nail and keep the length on my natural nail using dip powder. The design and everything turned out soo good.

I love nails by yen! Yen is amazing and makes each customer feel so special, myself included. She has an amazing staff and takes great care of them too. I was so excited to see my favorite nail technician Ten is now working at nails by yen. I can’t wait to get my nails done again!

I’ve been going to Yen for well over a year now, she does fantastic work!! I always feel so pampered and well taken care of. She always has water with citrus fruits and complimentary snack baggies. I arrived at nails by yen 5.5 hours before they closed for an appointment. The tech I was scheduled with wanted me to pick a color immediately. This was a little tricky because I wanted to get a design on my fingers that would match my toes but was getting dip for my fingers and polish for my toes and there wasn’t a lot that coordinated. When I finally figured out what I wanted, she said she couldn’t do that. So I picked something else but that completely redirected what I had initially wanted for my fingers. When I told her the alternate design I wanted she said she couldn’t do that either & ended up doing another design. I felt rushed the whole time by her and it made it difficult to pick quickly. I was disappointed because I walked in expecting to show a photo of what I wanted and walki
