Nails By the Corner

I've been a loyal customer here for quite some time, but I've noticed that the customer service has declined recently. Within two days of getting my nails done, they started to chip. As you can see, I don't need a fill, which is quite inconvenient for me since I don't live in town. When I came to the shop to get my chipped nails fixed, the owner, Spencer, told me that he didn't have anyone available to help me because everyone was busy and about to leave. However, I could clearly see that it wasn't a busy day at all, and there were nail technicians sitting around without any customers. It was a Monday, and I felt that he was annoyed that I needed my nails fixed. When the nails I paid for are fixed, I will not return. I pay too much to be treated poorly by a business I support. If there is a nail salon that deserves my money, it is nailed by the corner. Wonderful absolutely wonderful. Have no complaints about manicure pedicure, facial etc. They run a good system there.

I went in specifically for a gel manicure with a certain technician, but Lily informed me that she no longer does gel manicures and suggested I go to someone else. I did, and the experience was terrible. I was cut, the nails turned out poorly, and the polish was thin. I used to be a regular, but after this, I won’t be returning. Also, the card machine being down almost every other week is very unprofessional.

Excellent customer service! They really nice , was my first time here and I love how ladies did my pedicure and manicure they work well with me and I got what I really ask for ! I got my money worth in here ❣️

If you want natural nail care, this is definitely not the place to go. I asked for acrylic nail removal and a manicure. It was the worst experience of my life. They used nail clippers and pulled the acrylics off. I was in pain and my natural nails were destroyed. They treated my natural nails as if they didn't matter. Didn't file or shape them. I've came to this place several times and have never been this dissatisfied with my service.
