I’ve been coming here for over 3 years now, every two weeks without fail (for the most part) — and I can honestly say every single one of the ladies who work here are just AMAZING! They always take such great care of my requests, no matter how simple or how creative my nail designs get. Whenever I want something a little out of the ordinary, they make it happen perfectly. I love coming here because it feels like hanging out with a group of friends. We talk, laugh (lots of laughs), and have such a great time every visit. This place isn’t just a nail salon to me anymore — it’s my go-to spot for good vibes and beautiful nails every time. Highly recommended! 🩷

Growing up in Staten Island, I went to the same nail salon from the time I was 14 until I was 26. When I moved to Astoria, I went to dozens of nail salons all over the neighborhood. I tried small salons, huge salons, Russian manicure salons, Korean manicure salons - all of it. I always felt rushed, ignored, over charged, restless because they would take 2+ hours, and overall just not comfortable. When I finally tried Nails by Sue - it clicked. Sue, Sara, and Mina create such a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. It reminded me of home! They talk to you, remember who you are and what you do. I’ve been coming here for years and absolutely love how my nails come out every time. Most recently, I got cat eye nails matching with my cat & pink ombre style. They were beautiful and lasted for 3 weeks in a perfect condition. Nice staffs with welcoming attitude. Highly recommend🩷

There is no good nail salon left in Astoria. I always leave with sloppy work. When I left noticed , multiple nails were not painted in the corners and the tip was left uncolored in some spots. You pay 100 dollars in total and you leave disappointed. gel pedicure( was perfect, I def think the everyday staff are the goats. The lady who did my toes should teach the owner how to paint the whole nail ) but the owner rushed through my manicure with builder gel and gel polish and the sloppy work shows. With nails you can’t be sloppy , because it really shows. Is it too much to ask to paint the WHOLE nail ?? Apparently so. Disappointed. I will not be returning.
