Nails by Ralu

Absolutely terrible. The edges of the nails are actually digging into the tips of my fingers because they are so uneven, they are pointy in spots they shouldn't be and sharp in others that they shouldn't be and very, very thick. I can't even get my card out of my wallet. Or hardly put on or take off my jeans. Or tie my shoes! Just all in all, an awful experience, as far as this nail tech knowing what they're doing. I am actually having trouble doing my jobs at work! Customers have been looking at me funny because they don't realize the issue I'm having of course....And what really bothers me is, that she's so sweet and nice, and very polite. I hate this, but it's the truth.

Highly recommend! Shes good at what she does, friendly and most important her work is neat. Love❤️

The salon itself was clean, well organized, and had a relaxing atmosphere with a organized modern design. I booked a gel manicure, and it turned out beautifully. My nail tech was incredibly skilled and attentive to detail. She took her time, shaping my nails perfectly and made sure I was happy with the color and finish. She also had a huge selection of nail polish, including trendy, seasonal shades, and high Quality Brands. If you’re looking for a place that values quality and customer service, I absolutely recommend Ralu. I’ll definitely be coming back!.
