First, I will say that the only reason I’d even say it’s one star is because the place is cute. The rest of my experience was not great. I wasted $100+ on my one day off from working 6 12 hour shifts in a row and this was supposed to be for my bridal shower. My toes looked okay but not worth money they asked for the service I got. The nail tech cut my toe and it started bleeding and the dead skin on my feet was half removed. The finger nails were by far the worst. The nail tech cut two of my fingers and they started to bleed. The finished nails looked horrible. There were bubbles all in them, not even, fuzz was cured in a few of the nails, the art looked terrible, and my cuticles and skin at the base of my nails were shredded. The place is nice looking but that’s about it. I went in for a manicure and at first look.. the ladies were seemingly rude. They looked at me in a a dirty way, but that was the least of my worries. I sat down and began getting my service, the lady would grab my hand and pull so hard.. she was not careful nor cared when I told her if she could not be so rough. Well, she seemed to ignore me as she continued to do the same thing. She then cut my finger and I began bleeding and all she could say was “see because you’re not cooperating with me”. I was so mad, decided to just leave and not go back. Aside from them not being welcoming, they hurt my finger and didn’t even bother to apologize. I should’ve known to not go in there in the first place with the pictures of other customers nails, so bub

I love this place! The staff is very professional and they clean thoroughly after every customer (seats, tables, floor, tools, everything). My appointments are always timely. My nails always turn out beautiful.

Bri is my new favorite manicurist! Already booked my next appointment! *UPDATE* I had treated my friend along with me after seeing her $50 gel manicure last over a month. Mine lasted 1 week later my nails were showing at cuticles, thought it was a fluke. Returned for another $50 gel manicure at the 2 week mark. Was told it was typical not to last but 2 weeks.(Only lasted 1) I've been told a month by others since. Got another gel manicure for a week vacation and she kept messing with both thumbs, saying she didn't know why the gel wasn't setting under lamp. The NEXT DAY, I flew out for vacation and had to buy super glue to hold the color on! As of today, half of one color on thumbnail has broken off. The other thumb gel has lifted up and is being held on with super glue! Very, very disappo

Even though Phleyonia had a lot going on and was running behind schedule, I'm glad I stuck it out. I usually don't wait 40 minutes after my appointment was due to start but it was worth my time. My nails looked phenomenal. Great location, great staff and the cleanliness was impeccable. She cleaned every thing I touched soon as I got up. I'm hoping the tardiness was a one time incident and look forward to walking in and being serviced on time the next time. I love supporting black owned businesses!!!
