Nails by lien

On June 2nd I booked an appointment at Nails by Lein, for today June 19th, at 1 pm for a gel manicure. Lein started working on removing the old nail polish. Lein was at the point where she wrapped my fingers in foil with acetone to remove the rest of the polish she put on last time. She left me sitting there for a while and then came rushing in and said I had to leave because I had not booked an appointment with her. She didn't have it on her list. That's not my fault. I had verbally made an appointment on the phone with her. She said that she had a customer come in and she had to see her. She never admitted that she made a mistake and put it on me instead. That was at 1:30 a 1/2 hour later, I came in at 1 pm. Nevertheless, she rushed me off my seat. Almost not removing the foils. She rud

Lien is one of THE best in the Santa Cruz area. I've been seeing her for years. I've tried other salons in Santa Cruz and they are not the same. Lien actually honors appointments, her attention to detail is exceptional and her salon is super cute and meticulously clean. I really value that. She completely pampers you with her wonderful products. Plus she is a cool person who I look forward to seeing every few weeks.

Lien gives the best nail care in this area. You get the best service in her little cute salon. It may be small, but her place is very clean and very relaxing. Lein did a wonderful job! She took her time and clipped my toe nails and trimmed my cuticles with care. She gave me a wonderful massage and used hot stones! (Only the 2nd place I’ve ever been to who does that! The other place was in Boston.) She did a great job! Highly recommend!

i just had my first appointment withg Lien and it was delightful. lovely, private space and great ambiance. She did a great job and i am thrilled to have found her. This is my new go-to spot.
