Wonderful experience at this nail salon! Joanne and the staff here are awesome and I absolutely love my nails. They are also having a special! If you are in the area stop in!

I've been going to Joann since moving to Gwinnett and I have no complaints about the services I have gotten. She does great on my nails and the couple of times I have gotten my feet done I was very happy with the results!! Prices are better than at most other salons!!

Joanne is very unprofessional customer service is bad she wants to do your nails her way not what you want always want to try to change your mind from what you wanted when you walked in door then say you complain too much she definitely doesn’t take accountability for her mistakes These 5star reviews are a bunch of lies💯told me she wasn’t gonna shape my nails the way I wanted them. I called to come in she told me I give her too much stress and that she didn’t want to service me anymore

I went a few years ago and couldn't go back for about a year due to my psoriasis but when I did, I was once again very happy with the services and beyond reasonal prices! They do a very good job and are always consistent. I haven't gone anywhere since coming back about 4 or 5 months ago.

This place is amazing. Joann really knows how to take care of you and the whole staff is very kind. Services and prices are professional. Bring your friends and loved ones. I reserved a pedicure before our group trip and they took care of us.
