Friendly and good manicure pedicure. Relaxing time

Believe it or not, I decided to go to this salon because of its poor ratings! Given that it was Christmas Eve day, I figured most places (especially the higher rated ones would be swamped. Not only did I have an incredible experience, my manicure artist was efficient, kind and excellent. If this is the treatment I receive on a busy, holiday weekend, i can’t imagine how a less busy time will be, I’m sure wonderful. Also, Deena then gave me an AMAZING massage!!! Highly recommend her. Will be going back soon! Manicure was only $10 and a great value, best price in all of Ridgefield. A lesson, to not judge a book by its cover!!

When Sarah was there this salon was a solid 5 and it was due to her and the professional staff there. She had a phenomenal memory and when you came in she knew your name and birthdate to get your box out. The massages were fantastic and she always gave extra time. I recently returned from being away for the year and was so disappointed in my manicure. The nails were uneven and a bit scraggly. The massage was painful. There was not the friendly atmosphere that Sarah created. I'll be going elsewhere.

Sarah, Michelle and several other familiar faces are gone. Sarah was very generous, giving free massages and discount coupons. Those freebies are gone. During my visit I noticed one of the male employees wore a very grubby tshirt and sweat pants. Employees constantly take personal phone calls. The overall professionalism is gone. So far, Deena is still there so I will continue enjoying her fantastic chair messages. I've been going to Nails by Jenny every two weeks for 16 years but will be switching to a new salon.

Horrible first experience. I made an appointment days in advance for a dip polish manicure. They made me wait thirty minutes, proceeded to take my previous manicure off completely wrong(which caused the appointment to be about thirty minutes longer than it had to be), and were being rude about it. My manicure has lasted 3 days, when other places I’ve gone to and gotten dip power has lasted three weeks. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
