I stopped by this place for a removal of powder nails and a gel manicure. The service was longer than expected. I waited for about 40 minutes for the technician to finish my nails after starting on mine and leaving me to attend someone else. I was happy about my nails, but a few days later my gel started coming off. I went back to have one nail redone, which I was pleased with. However, it did not last long and I felt the service was rushed. I have had a better experience in this place, this is the reason why I went back. So, I paid about 65 dollars for a gel manicure that lasted me 3 days or less, and even after getting it fixed I was unsatisfied. In short, I had to get my nails redone elsewhere since I was going on a cruise.

Got both my nails set done here by chau and hoa . These ladies are great it’s very hard to find someone who can shape and fill them exactly how your want them to ! But these ladies did everything I wanted and I leave here satisfied the set lasted me a 2 month before I decided to take them off ! Thanks ladies for making me feel pretty ! I have been a client for 24 years and my adult daughters drive back to Poway to have Chou do their nails. Great service, friendly staff and very accommodating. Appointments happen on time. I highly recommend. Best mani and pedi ever!

I just wanna preface this by saying this is now my 4th time coming to this specific salon. Normally the nails are mid but I kept returning because the prices aren’t too bad however, I just got a full set of acrylics, and it was the worst experience I’ve ever had at the nail salon. There were many things wrong with my experience, but the main one was the customer service. I was getting the powder put on and she didn’t put it all the way down to my cuticles. She almost put it halfway up which if you get acrylics you know how wrong that is. When I pointed it out to her, she only told me know that she’ll cover it with gel nail polish. I was very upset, but I let it go thinking that if one of them fell off within the week they would redo it for free. Secondly, whenever she wanted me to adjust
