I love Holly and all the staff there! Tara is my favorite for dip nails and Lyn for pedicure and regular nails...just don't take my 3 pm weekday slot though LOL Excellent customer service even when they are slammed for the holidays, highly recommend!

Been seeing Katie for 7 years here at Nails By Holly, and she NEVER misses! So sad to be moving and leaving the best nail tech ever. But if you’re in the area, Katie is your girl!

Don’t waste your time or money. My daughter got a Felix pedicure which lasted all of 25 minutes. The tech did not clean underneath the nails, trim the cuticles, and the callus remover was not done either. We tried to explain the service was not done and lady just kept talking over us. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Excellent & clean salon, with fantastic staff. Shelly does an absolutely incredible job on dipped nails, highly recommend!! After 15 years of acrylics I will never go back. Dipped is better for your nails and nothing I've done has damaged them. I'm sure it's the care Shelly does to make them perfect, thin, yet insanely strong. Cindy gives excellent pedicures. Love that they text the appointment time and that they are closed on Sundays. Large parking lot so easy parking. Best nail salon in Mission Viejo for sure!!

this is by far the WORST pedicure I have ever gotten in my life. I never leave reviews and I honestly had to because I haven’t been to this salon in a few years and it was horrendous. I picked the deluxe package and the woman doing my toes took 25 min total for my entire appointment. that included gel pedicure, callus treatment, and hot oil massage. None of which i got. My nails were not clipped, no cuticle cleaning, no cleaning under any nails, and skin pieces hanging off each toe. When I tried to talk to the woman up front to ask if there was a way I could have it fixed(i asked for no money off) she kept telling me the lady said she did it and that i need to pay for the service.
