I had my wedding nails done here any the were AMAZING! They paid attention to every detail and made sure I was comfortable at every stage. I highly highly highly recommend them!

I'm never going back to them again horrible service. First of I went there to get my feet & nails done. I told the lady I needed to get ingrowns out of both my big toes & she didn't do it. She pulled too much nail polish on my nails after me telling her constantly that was too much but she didn't understand what I was telling her. I then asked the manager the old guy that works that if he could come tell her what I was saying & he had a nasty attitude waved his hands at me & ignored me. So the manager sucks & is very rude but not rude when taking my $125 for the service though go figure. So that's my first & last time going there they'll never get anymore of my money. If you want your nails & feet messed up then go to these people but if not stay clear of them.

I reluctantly went in to have my nails dipped. She started by prying the old product off with a nail tip which I’ve never had done before and I’m pretty sure not the correct way to remove them. She cut them short which I said not to and I didn’t get any lotion or cuticle oil at the end. I didn’t see the price posted anywhere. It was $50 and an additional $10 for the removal. The place I normally go is in Katy and I pay $45 and get 110% better service and my nails are fabulous. Disappointed and won’t go back.

The lady who did my nails yelled at me after I explained to her she was not doing what I wanted. She obviously had no clue what she was doing or she forgot and when I corrected her she got angry. After this, she was extremely rough. Ripping off everything she had previously done with finger nail clippers. This was my first & last experience with them. I went here because I usually go to VIP, however they are so pricey. I learned my lesson. I will now always use VIP and pay a little extra because this place is terrible. Worst place I’ve ever been too.
