I attended a nail service with a friend and it was terrible, our nails hurt more than normal, (we have put nails on many times, this time it was for the emergency room that we needed) When I arrived I showed them the design and the lady who performed the service for me constantly asked me if I was okay with things that are part of her job. In the end she couldn't make me a French design because they didn't have a nude color for the base. In the end the lady didn't finish my work and went to do a pedicure for another client. We decided to leave without the design and pay only for the work of the tips. $50 Very rude and terrible service

This place was recommended by several friends who have been going here for years. I am very happy with it and will definitely be getting my nails done here. Honestly, I hesitate to share more because I got in the same day and don't want them to get so busy that I can't find an appointment!

Only giving one star because i want to write a review. Would not recommend if you are a woman of color!!!! I called booked an appointment and they told me when to come I arrived 5 minutes before my appt and when I walked in I was not greeted, I was not asked if i had an appt nothing was said to me at all. But I did mention when i got inside that i had an appt and was completely ignored. I waited for five minutes and the moment I decided to leave she came out to the entrance and asked me to come inside I said no you were very rude to me and so was your staff you did not care. So no don’t give this place your money they are horrible and don’t deserve anyone’s money. Very unprofessional and I’m not happy. Will not even try to book again. I went in to get a gel manicure. The nail technician was nice but seemed to be inexperienced when it came to gel manicures. She was very rough when cutting the cuticles and not waiting until they were soft. I kept asking her for a square tip and she gave me a round tip after telling her multiple times what I wanted. She did not apply the color on my entire nail leaving the sides of my nails visible. It has been only 6 days and the gel is starting to peel off. Very disappointing as I have been going back to Amy’s nails for 20 years. When I called to see if an experienced technician could redo my nails it seemed like they didn’t have time or could do it when I had availability. Never again will I go there.

This place is good for feet if you're looking to have callus removal. They always do a thorough job. My caveat is that I've always been rushed here when it comes to polish, whether I make an appointment or not. I've had Amy and her mother do it. Amy can do a decent job, but I don't think her mother can see well anymore and always leaves my nails looking sloppy. She is a lovely woman, but whenever she does my nails she gets polish on the cuticles and my nails starts peeling/chipping away from the cuticle after a couple of days.
