NAILS ART OF CICERO

Do not go here unless you like spending 30 minutes waiting here for no reason. This was my second time walking out of here because of the wait time. There were workers here sitting around and I understand maybe they’re not trained to do nails but there was a guy who was done doing a ladies nails went to the back and didn’t even ask if he could start doing mine.

I was very satisfied with the customer service provided by the gentleman. He removed my no chip manicure. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for fast and friendly service.

HORRIBLE TRASHY PLACE!!!!!! IT’S 100 DEGREES OUTSIDE. THERE’S NO AIR CONDITIONING IN HERE SO THEY HAVE THE DOORS WIDE OPEN. OF COURSE FLIES ARE COMING IN. SO ON TOP OF BEING HOT & SWEATY, YOU’RE IRRITATED AS WELL!!!!! THEY MAKE THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS A DAY OFF CUSTOMERS & DONT EVEN BOTHER TO BUY A FAN SINCE THEY’RE TOO CHEAP TO GET THE AIR FIXED. COMPLAINED SEVERAL TIMES & THEY JUST LOOK AT YOU!!!!! GO SOME WHERE ELSE!!!!

Very limited amount of non gel polishes. They kept pushing gel and I had brought my own polish in. During pedicure I was cut with what looked like a cheese grater on my ankle. I had just gotten a pedi 2 weeks ago so there was no need for that. When I told the lady that she had cut me all she said was, "oh." When I went for my nails to be polished the gentleman told me that I didn't need a base coat only primer. The results are horrible. My polish is uneven, lumpy, and you can tell where top coat is missing.

I asked if they could do marble they said yes once she did it it didn’t look right so I told her to just do the rest of them pink and forget about the marble.. they are so big and beefy then she told 65$ with the marble and only took it down to 55$ without the marble this is not $55 work at all I could have did this myself literally
