Nails and Thingz

I made an appointment via text for 3:00 PM to get a nail fill. I sent the nail inspiration photo beforehand, and the tech confirmed she could do the design for $75. When the set was finished, I was unhappy with the results — the work did not match the inspiration. I texted her right after the appointment to ask what could be done to fix the issue, but she never responded. The next morning, one of the nails was already lifting from the fill, showing it was also poorly done. The next day, I went back to the salon in person to request a partial refund (at least for the fill portion), She declined, became irate, and said she would not issue a refund. I do not recommend this salon based on my experience: poor workmanship, poor communication, and refusal to address concerns in a professional

We were not fully told about the price of the nails. The artist didnt prep my nails, clean them in anyways or the backing or trim my nails. She just jumped right into the nails. She didnt push my cuticle back, and she placed the nails slightly far from the cuticles so they didnt look good for long. This is my nails after not even 2 weeks. Not only that but since they werent honest, these nails were ONE HUNDRED TWENTY DOLLARS 120!!!. Insane for gel x. Save your money and do it urself or go somewhere else dont go here

This was my first time at Nails & Thingz, and I was so impressed. The staff were very attentive and welcoming. My pedicure was relaxing and much needed. I came in with a nail design in mind and Dee NAILED it. I have now found my new nail salon. Please check these ladies out, great experience hands down.

Visited the first time the end of 2025. The nail tech was amazing. My nails were beautifully filled and shaped and the design was bomb too. I was so excited about returning. 😍 $85 plus $10 tip The last two times I went all of a sudden that very sweet and professional nail tech was gone. No one knows where she went 🤷🏽‍♂️. My 2nd time the nails were just ok and done by two different techs. 🥴 Pedicure was just ok. $140 plus $40 tip Booked an appt last Thursday and when I arrived I needed to wait an additional 30mins. Wasn’t doing that so rescheduled for the next day. Fill and design took 2+ hours although the tech was cool. I was assured that I would leave happy. I went here today for a fill and reshape. I am extremely pleased with my nails, and will be back!! The owner DiDi is passionate about her work, was extremely kind, and talked me through everything she was doing with my nails. I will be back for sure!
