Nails Amour

First time here and it won’t be my last. Let me start by saying the two receptionist were outstanding! I love their personalities and they understood exactly what I wanted. There was no waiting. The nail tech by the name of Yuki was the very best I ever had. She did my nails flawless. She pays attention to detail, super friendly and she takes her time which is what I love. The price was reasonable. I highly recommend them. Lots of free parking.

I was overly pleased with my services today by nail tech Seven. He executed the design perfectly, very patient and professional. One hand was a matte top coat and one hand was a shiny top coat.

Would’ve been five stars, but there was an issue when I asked to have my toe polish changed. Basically no one wanted to do it because it was late in the evening. Other than that, beautiful work by HANNAH 🤩 my nails are always gorgeous!

I would like to file a complaint regarding the inconsistent pricing at your nail salon.The last time I visited, I got a short French tip full set. Before the service started, I asked the nail technician what the price would be, and she told me $50 plus tax. In total, I paid $60. Four weeks later, I returned to get a refill for the exact same style—a short white French tip with no changes or additional services. However, I was told that the refill would cost $70, which did not make sense to me since a refill is typically less expensive than a full set. I felt confused because the refill price ended up being higher than the original full set.A similar situation happened to my friend. This was my 2nd visit at Nails Amour and the service was exceptional. Jay did my nails for the second time and I was super pleased with his professionalism as well as exceptional artistic talent. He took his time with designing my fall themed nails. I highly recommend this nail salon.
