Worst place for ever for me. Will never go there again. I went there with a friend i wanted to do manicure and pedicure. And my friend only manicure. I soon as we sat down on our chair they started asking us to do more than what we ask for price increase. Which i deny for my friend who just wanted manicure. They lady that was doind my pedicure keep insisting until i told her a complete no. I finally end up paying $38 for my friend pedicure and $95 for my pedicure and dip powder manicure which i remove the next day because it was so ugly. Don t know if the owner knows about those ladies don't know the customer service.lukily there was only one that was nice. Because the one that did my pedicure reffuse to do my hand because i ask why there is the price different than what i saw at the entr

I went to go get my nails done with inspo pictures for them and asked for an acrylic fullset. When she did them she did gel acrylics which are more expensive, and did my nails horribly. There was polish all over my hands, the cuticles were messy, the nails weren't the same shape on every finger, and weren't filed down so they were bumpy, the purple was visible over the white design, she told me she could so 3d flowers and when I said that they weren't even she said that happens sometimes and there was residue that wasn't cleaned up. When I asked why she wasn't doing acrylic powder she said its cheaper to refill with gel but she couldn't even hold the acrylic on her brush. I had to ask her to clean up lines, fix the petals, and change the color. I had to pay and leave for 5 minutes anf when

Lynne did a terrific job on my Heavenly Bliss pedicure and gel polish manicure. She was efficient and went out of her way to make me feel pampered.

Went along w/ my niece to get her prom nails done but was greatly disappointed with the services, to the point that my niece is crying and embarrassed to show her nails. 1- the set was left in the incorrect shape she wanted a regular square shape but ended up with coffin-shaped nails 2- they are too thick 3 - the lines are not even clean lines 4- polish all over her cuticles. Of course, my niece is not the combative type so she didn't make a peep just cried as soon as we got into the car. For this to be part of her prom experience is simply devastating.

I've been going to this nail salon for years, mainly for pedicures, and the only reason I return is because of Julie. She’s nice and provides great service. Unfortunately, my experiences with another staff member haven’t been as positive. On one occasion, I initially told a technician I only wanted gel manicure. After speaking with my mother, who was with me, she decided to get a pedicure as well. When another lady, Tina, asked again about the services, I explained: gel manicure for me, pedicure for my mother. The first technician I spoke to then raised her voice and said, “I asked you what you wanted. It’s a simple question!” That response was unnecessary and unprofessional. If a change in service is an issue, I would have appreciated being told calmly and clearly rather than being spoke
