Nails 67

First time customer visiting this establishment. Warmly greeted. The owner provide requested service. Very cordial friendly atmosphere wait time was minimum. Salon was neat and organized. Prices were reasonable as well. Will be returning, hopefully I get the same level of service if different nail tech waits on me...

Every time I come here, I feel like I’m treating myself to a mini vacation. The chairs are super comfortable and the atmosphere is so relaxing. My pedicure was heavenly and my feet feel brand new. Truly the best nail salon experience I’ve ever had.

I’d give them 0 stars if I could. Nail 67 in Florissant messed my nails ALL the way up. But let me back up and start with the reason I went out of my way to go there in the first place. I literally only went there because my friend showed me a really cool polish they have. So I’m looking at my options and can’t find it. I ask about it, describe it, everything short of having a picture of it. But they’re acting like they have no idea what I’m talking about. After probably 15 minutes I finally settle on this polish, which I like, but considering that polish was the sole reason I went there, it’s kind of a bummer. Next (and honestly more important) issue. I ask - repeatedly - for almond shape. Plus they showed me their chart. And I know they understood me because they repeated it back. I e

I was not pleased. I sat down, my normal nail shop was closed and I came here hoping to get one nail repaired. They told me they couldn’t do any of my suggestions after saying I needed a new set after only 2 weeks. I spend a lot of money on my nails so I was very disappointed and walked out.

Always great results here. The salon is clean and professional. My nails last a long time. Highly recommend.
