Nails 2000

I don’t really recommend coming here. I got cuts on my skin on the side of my nails being filed too rough. I kept getting hurt. Luckily they have healed by now but they were bleeding and burning and I paid 147.00 dollars, because I got cut they could’ve lowered my price but there was no consideration. The man who did my nails made it seem like my natural nails were “no good” to get me into getting tips to pay more money. Goodluck everyone.

My toes look absolutely terrible! I wanted a gel pedicure and the lady with the brown ombré hair didn't scrub my feet, shape my toenail even, or remove my calluses. When I spoke up and asked her to do them she said it was an extra charge. Then she said that she already did them but I was on my phone the whole time and tried to gaslight me. She overlayed the gel polish too much that both of my big toe nails had bubbles in them I asked her to remove the nail polish and do them over and she had a nasty attitude with me then proceeded to get loud. She started speaking her native language saying rude things about me as if I didn't understand what she was saying and tried to argue with me saying she can show me the cameras to show me that feet were scrubbed. My first time having a pedicure and they did a really good job, a little pricey but because of their location, there was that factor. . Great customer service and awesome staff, will patronize them again in the future

I decided to try out this salon and get a pedicure. It was very slow the nail tech tgat provided my pedicure was nice making sure I was comfortable at all times. I was very relax which was what I was aiming for. I decided to go with the green tea spa pedicure with gel polish which was $63.00 I was ok with that. The only thing I noticed was that she didn't use a brand nail file on me, and that when it was time to scrub my feet she went straight for the cheese grater. I did tell her I didn't want the cheese grater to use on me being that, that is something i dont recommend my clients to use . I am a licensed nail technician for three years being that I was looking out making sure sanitary wise they did good. Which failed when she pulled out a use disposable nail file out. Would not recommend. This place used to be great before the pandemic. It seems as though majority of the staff is different. I got a pedicure. After she took my feet out of the water I still had left over gel polish on my toes from my last pedicure. When I asked her to take it off she had an attitude about it. Then someone else had to do the acrylic on my big toe because my toenail chipped. She put the acrylic literally on top of my cuticle. The guy who came to file it even said it’s on your cuticle. Long story short I will no be coming back to this establishment. Not sure about the sanitary either. The nail buffer fell on the floor. She left it on the floor while she polished my toes. I watched her use the same buffer on the next person in the chair. No sterilization, nothing.
