Nails 2000

I was a long-time customer who has worked with Steven, I’ve come to expect a certain level of quality and care. Unfortunately, my last visit a few months ago fell short. I first received an overlay service on all my nails, and within a week, one nail chipped. I came back for a repair and change of color. Within a week of this, two more nails chipped...an outcome that is unacceptable given the cost and expected durability. My nails have never chipped within a short time frame. When I raised this concern to have my nails repaired, the air shifted in that room. I was surprised and disheartened to be blamed rather than supported as Steven told me it was literally on me not them but said for me to come back after receiving service I had to pay for. Steven is amazing at nail art! He was very gentle with my nails and kept checking in with me to make sure everything looked perfect. He asked multiple times if I was happy with the shape and color, and even showed me the design as he worked. I really appreciated the attention to detail—my nails came out beautiful!

Vee was absolutely amazing! I was so happy with my nails. She absolutely nailed the picture I showed her. I will definitely be back and referring friends. This was the best service I've ever received.
