Today I had my appointment with May. It was my first time coming to this spa. I was incredibly impressed with her expertise and kindness. She is patient, kind, and takes the time to really understand what you want. She takes immense pride in her work and is truly excellent at what she does. I’ve never had a consistent person I go to, and I’ve been constantly looking for one in the Miami lakes area. If you are like me, Look no further — nail nova is excellent !! P.S. my nails were looking rough before this appointment and she completely transformed them

I first want to say that I typically don’t ever get services and that last time I ever did was back in 2021 somewhere else (not happy). Now fast forward 2026 (02.06) and I start to heavily research nail services near me. Found a place within walking distance of my place, opens early (perfect for me), cleanliness and amazing customer service. I decided to trust this place based on past reviews. I am so glad I booked, because the reviews weren’t wrong. I booked for 02.07 @ 8:30 a.m. and was blessed with the tech by the name of Vanessa (welcome aboard), she is new to the salon and very knowledgeable with ample years of experience. I am so particular about my nails, and after moving back to Miami I’ve been struggling to find a nail tech. Diana absolutely exceeded every expectation. She did my dip powder manicure and it came out flawless. It was smooth, even, perfectly almond-shaped, and exactly the look I wanted. She’s a true perfectionist. On top of the quality, she was so kind, thoughtful, and communicative throughout the entire appointment. So happy I found her 💗💅🏼

She was kind, professional, and made me feel very comfortable throughout the visit. My manicure and pedicure turned out absolutely beautiful. I am very happy with my nails and the overall experience. I had an appointment with May to refresh my dip polish nails and get a pedicure before my engagement photo shoot. She expertly transitioned my existing dip nails to a hard gel finish, and I was impressed by her attention to detail throughout the process. May took her time to ensure everything was perfect and communicated well about the steps she was taking.
